Shipping & delivery

If you wish to exchange an item that has been purchased whilst on sale, you will have to return the item to us and re-order through the site. Please make sure your size is as accurate as possible and do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the fitting of any item before ordering it. 


 

DK Delivery

Standard DK Delivery 
- Cost in DKK 50 - per delivery address.
- Orders in Denmark will be shipped by Post Danmark 
- Orders within Denmark will be delivered within 2-3 workdays.


 

Europe Delivery

Standard EU Delivery
- Cost in DKK 120 - (approx. €16 / $22) per delivery address.
- Scandinavia (Postal services) 2-5 Days
- Europe: (Postal services) 5-7 days

Rest of the world Delivery
 

Costs in DKK 180.- (approx. €24 / $32) per delivery address.
-  (Postal service) 8-10 days

 

Only orders placed before 12pm GMT are processed on the same day, Orders placed after 12pm GMT will not be processed until the following day.
 In the event of an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. 

Items will not be charged until the actual day of its dispatch.
 

All orders are processed in DKK
. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. These charges are at your own expense.

 

Returns

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt (21 days for overseas orders), for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied.
 Return the item unused and in its original packaging together with your completed Returns & Exchanges flyer which you received with your purchase. We do not refund postage costs.

Items bought at our shop in Copenhagen, can be exchanged within 8 days, we don´t do refunds!

 

 

Important information for International customers 


Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. GOODS will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package.
 We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items are returned to GOODS at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange.
